Since 2021, Hannah has served as the Marketing Director for Double R Wine Co. and its family of brands, including Royal Prince Wines, Ride & Ridden Wine Co., Slam Dunk Wines, and Palmier Royale. Hannah has led the efforts to revise a cohesive set of brand guidelines, develop the individual brand websites, and overhaul the social media presence of the company, as well as performing ongoing marketing tasks for the brands.

Double R Wine Co. Rebrand

In early 2025, I was tasked with rebranding Royal Wine & Spirits. Over the past decade of operations, the portfolio company had grown from a single Pinot Noir to a multi-brand portfolio, with nearly twenty wines in distribution. As we’ve scaled the business and gained traction across national markets, we’ve reflected on how to best position the portfolio brand that houses four (and growing) distinct labels. While these labels span price points, target audiences, and brand personalities, what they have in common is our founding mission to democratize deliciousness – making exceptional wines within reach, by drawing on longstanding relationships with some of the most respected growers in the American West.

This notion of making distinguished wines of the American West has guided the portfolio company’s rebrand to Double R Wine Co. Rooted in Americana, we’ve developed a sophisticated Western aesthetic for Double R Wine Co., while paying homage to our legacy as “Royal” with the R initials. While the labels themselves are not rebranded, they are bolstered by this strong, revitalized presentation of the Double R Wine Co. portfolio.

Ride & Ridden Wine Co. Website

Since 2021, Ride & Ridden Wine Co. has risen to star status within the portfolio, influenced no doubt by the cultural shift towards Americana. Founded with a single wine, the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, the portfolio now houses five wines from different appellations, and needed a new website that both reflected the growth of the brand and offered e-commerce for the wines and branded merchandise.

The site was Hannah’s first foray into unassisted web design and it has had hooked her since. The satisfaction of setting up a site that is the best possible representation of the brand, allows customers to buy products, and gives wine enthusiasts all the need to know information? Incredibly satisfying. Within its first month of launching, the new site drove 600x the traffic of the site it replaced, and online sales reached five digits within the first quarter.

Ride & Ridden Wine Co. Instagram

Ride & Ridden is a wine company focused on delivering the best Cabernet Sauvignon that California has to offer, while honoring its Texan roots by embodying the untamed nature of the American West.

By tapping her vast network of photographers to capture the wine in its natural habitat, Hannah was able to develop a cohesive library of lifestyle and bottle imagery that fit the brand’s ethos. These efforts have allowed Ride & Ridden to solidify itself not only as an authentic part of the rodeo world, but also as an aspirational brand in the wider culture that romanticizes the American West and its folklore.

Royal Prince Wines Website

Founded in 2018, Royal Prince Wines had a website that needed a modern overhaul. Working with a web developer, Hannah developed the updated website content, flow, and e-commerce capabilities. Since the new website launch in 2023, royalprincewines.com has experienced increased traffic and online sales.

Slam Dunk Wine Instagram

Slam Dunk Wine is made with an obsessive attention to quality, precision of flavor and power on the palate, designed to pair beautifully with the wins - big and small - of life, which the brand refers to as Slam Dunk Moments.

In reworking the brand’s social media strategy, Hannah honed in on the most powerful visual element on the brand — its trademark orange color. Additionally, she tapped micro-influencers and accounts across the platform to partner on content that exemplified Slam Dunk Moments. This has brought Slam Dunk’s Instagram following to over 50,000 followers and counting.
